Hi, I’m Lynn Kebbie!
I’m a Self-Care & Wellness Coach trained in Transformational Nutrition which is a method of health coaching that combines both physical and mental aspects of nutrition. My training includes a specialization in mental health and emotional eating.
I help people reach their unique health goals by getting to the root cause of their wellness challenges.
Finally, I have a passion for weaving the principles of self-care and life balance into all of my client programs. I believe these hold the key to long lasting progress.
My Story
I’ve lived with digestive and wellness challenges for most of my life. I know how crazy it can feel to go through all the mind-body symptoms that are linked to these conditions, including IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and thyroid issues.
It came to a point where I had no choice but to make a change. I wanted to wake up every day feeling good and live a healthier life. I wanted to truly understand what was happening to my body!
So I began a journey to heal myself by studying nutrition, digestive health, and stress management.
I saw how often health issues are linked to not only how we eat but more importantly…how we deal with stress.
When I started learning more, I could see new possibilities. I loved the fact that I could actually DO things to help myself.
What I’ve learned about the mind and body has given me my power back.
I learned I DO have control over much more than I ever thought possible.
I became excited to learn, to thrive, and live the best life I can… and my passion is to help YOU thrive too.

Education
I hold a Master of Science in Education (M.S. Ed.) and I received my coaching certifications through The Institute of Transformational Nutrition (ITN), which is accredited by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).
